Lying Down Yoga Elena 32 min

In this lying down Yoga practice we do very gentle movements while exploring bodily sensations,  with an attitude of non-judgement, without striving to get the pose perfect.

Start off slowly to reduce the risk of hurting yourself. Note that it’s wiser to get out of a posture earlier if it’s hurting than to stay in it longer and hurt more. If you find yourself unable to do a particular posture, please feel free to skip it.
